The town of Salò, also known as the Italian Social Republic of Salò, a regime established during the Second World War. The fascinating location with the historical center which overlooks the homonymous gulf, offers lights, colors and a breathtaking view. 
Gardone Riviera is another destination not far from San Felice del Benaco that is worth visiting. It hosts the Vittoriale degli Italiani, for years home of the famous Italian poet Gabriele d'Annunzio and now a museum and historical park.
