Regulation	In the case of cancellation the cancellation has to be communicated by registered letter per mail to our office, where you made the booking and the payment. The cost occur in a cancellation depend on the day the registered letter is sent. You need to pay: -30% of the total amount if the registered letter is sent before the 42th day from the beginning of your stay; -60% of the total amount if the registered letter is sent between the 42th (included) and the 28 th day before the beginning of your stay. -90% of the total amount if the registered letter is sent between the 28th (included) and the day before your arrival. -The total amount has to be paied if the registerd letter is sent on the day of your arrival or later. . For your own security we would like to ask you, to make a private travel resignation insurance in your country.
